SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped exclusively with DHL to ensure reliable and trackable delivery worldwide.

FULFILLMENT TIME

Our standard fulfillment time is 3–5 business days before your order is shipped.

However, during high-volume periods such as Black Friday and the holiday season, fulfillment can take up to 2 weeks. We appreciate your patience during these peak times.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

Once your order has been fulfilled and handed over to DHL, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

For Non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our prices. Customers are responsible for any fees that may occur upon delivery.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Pre-order items follow the shipping timeline stated on their product page.

Orders containing both pre-order and ready-to-ship items may ship together depending on availability.
